By » December 31st, 2017, 1:10 am I've been having a similar problem with this game for about 2 months. The only screen it will load is a game that has no available moves. It won't change the game to another level. I have Windows 10, have had it for about a year.

All was well for almost forever, until this happened. It doesn't matter which platform I use (I usually use IE since Google doesn't support Java), but the same problem happens with this game on Google and Firefix (which I seldom use due to other issues). The only way I can get a decent Bejeweled 3 game going is if I sign in to my free account, but then I have to deal with the ads, and I can't do the challenges for my club account.

I've tried contacting pogo/EA -- also to no avail. Sent them emails, tried to get into a chat but the wait was 8 hours Oh, it also doesn't matter what computer I am using; my husband has the same problem when he logs in from his computer.
